oh, after a couple of slighly piss-taking replies on the SB forums directed towards me, I just wanted tocopy in a reply I posted there!

Some clarification is in order (all this is in the Blog and on the sponsorship page)...

The event itself costs the Prince's Trust less than £400 to put on per competitor.  My company, Postcode Anywhere is spnsoring me £400.  Therefore, all the donations I get above this will go 100% to the Prince's Trust, and 0% to my event!  (OK, actually 5% to Just Giving if you donate through them, but hey ho.)  You are NOT paying for my holiday!

I hate it when people do sponsored events and expect people to pay for them and not 100% to charity, which is why I'm only doing this because my company has paid for the event.  So there
