I registered on release and was delighted to recently receive my 5-year portrait lol.

7. HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER OF OTHER KINSHIPS?
Yes- started with the Sentinels. I rose to become an officer with the Sentinels. When I took an enforced 1 month break from the game, the kin had suffered something of a seperation and I left to form a new kinship with friends which became;
The Ancient Order. Served as a founding officer. Left to seek out a raid-capable kinship but stay in close contact with them.
The United Banner. Was with them for a while before the kin became dormant where I lef to join-
Serenity. Recently just came back from a 6 month game-break to find that a similar fate befell Serenity and they were no longer an active raiding kin.

8. YOUR MAIN CHARACTERÃÂ
Elderwiser- level 75 guardian. Hobbit. In the process of sorting out his gear after long break, I'd say 70% there with it, just need to find a good end-game weapon and update armor pieces. Master westfold scholar and farmer. Up to date on virtues. Need to experience some of the current end-game content with him after long break from lotro.

Grimmaxe- level 51 champion. Dwarf. Master westfold cook and farmer.
Grimmbeard- level 30 minstrel. Dwarf. Fairly inactive currently.

Not personally, I knw a couple of the raid channel members and am familiar with the kin name around in-game.

26, live in UK, a fully signed-up and proud geek, into a broard fantasy spectrum- Tolkien, George Martin, Rowling etc- and always enjoy finding and reading new fantasy material- so any recommendations will be gladly received!

ELDERWISER-
Elderwiser was found abandoned in the Marshes of Frogmorton as an infant by local wealthy land-owners the Undercliffs of Scary, who took pity upon the child and raised him as their own.
They named him Elderwiser- being the elder of their children and the wiser still, for without his screams when they were passing, Toadstall and Peppercorn would not have found him and the child would have perished.
As he grew up, he first joined the miners at Scary Quarry but along with the others was forced to abandon when the spiders invaded.
It was in his tweens that a strange need for adventure awoke within him, leaving Pepper and Toady to suspect that, in terms of blood, he was probably more than half a Took.
Indeed, he soon took leave of his home and travelled to Michel Delving and farmed upon the Delving Fields.
But one day, he awoke, took a pony and left the Shire behind, adeventures to be had and places to discover...

GRIMMAXE-
Grimmaxe is a distant relation of the Oakenshield Kin that was headed by Thorin, cousin to Grimmaxe's father.
Raised in Ered Luin, he accompanied his father in his youth on expeditions to the Northen Wastes, hunting legendary dragons and foes alike.
He was visiting the Iron Hills on a mining expedition when Thorin sent the Call to King Dain for aid from the recovered Lonely Mountain, and as a result marched alongside Dain and his Kin to war in the Battle of the Five Armies, where his father was slain defending Thorin's stricken body before the might of Bolg.
Taking the name of Bloodbeard, he vowed to kill every and all orcs and goblins across the lands of Middle-Earth in vengeance and rage at the death of his father and kinsman, Thorin. He refused all treasure offered to him by Dain and instead took a simple axe and hood, and left.
But, one fateful day, a chance meeting with Gandalf saw Grimmaxe become entertwined with the great events beginning in the War of the Ring...

As often as possible, when I have finsiehd updating my gear which shouldn't be too far off.

Instances and all kinds would be excellent and fun, both new content and older content, and if it helps other members with their lower alts then all the better :-)
