European LOTRO Account Migration May 31st

I remember somebody saying Turbine support was quick to answer tickets - well, they dealt with mine pretty slowly. For about 3 days I was contacted only by robots who kindly suggested I read the FAQ page (which I already know almost by heart). Today a live person finally answered and asked to send them a fax  :o  (which i have no idea how to do)

those links are to our accounts on the turbine lotro forums, it has feature that can make a friends list and since some people have different forum names than char names people are giving links.

They said they can't accept such important information via email... So does anyone know a way to send a fax without using an actual fax machine? I found several sites that say they can do it, but don't want to send my credit card information through an unknown source

I've done it once using an old-fashioned 56k telephone-modem, using Microsoft Fax in Windows 95 or something, but, well that was a while ago, but it's worth a try if you still have one around. No experience with internet-faxes unfortunately.

So much for their 'Global Service' though... can't even pay them if you want to. Don't know if you've got any better luck, but you could opt for the 60-day gametime cards they've got and that are bought through Paypal / Clickandbuy for the time being (they say on the forum that's a temporary fix until they get Paypal etc. integrated into their billing system).

My nearest local copy shop is in Moscow, which is a 2,5 hour bus ride

Updating now, 70%.  Fingers crossed.  The "add credit card" page just threw errors at me, so I hope I can play without!
