While I was browsing around for Dragon Age II news I rediscovered the development of this game:

And I just had to share it.

It's the third in a series that started with Deus Ex. The second in the series, Invisible War, was a big disappointment, but judging from the gameplay trailer they seem to have gone back to their roots. It's an RPG hybrid set in a bleak future ala Blade Runner and people that have played the original should be getting the junkie shakes by now. It's slated to release in the first fiscal quarter of 2011.

All I can say is that I am glad I forgot about this game and only now rediscovered it, or the wait would have been unbearable.

Been looking at that too; quite a few nice RPG titles coming this year - DA2,ME3,two worlds 2 (not one I really like the look of).  And some decent action on Arkham City too.  2011 shaping up to be a good/expensive year for gaming (oh Shogun 2, DoW retibution for RTS fix too!)

I am looking forward to it a lot - the first Deus Ex is one of my all-time favourites. The Witcher 2 is also a promising game.
