OK this was a total watse of time, made no dfifference at all.

Have now deleted .ini file and also, not one iota of difference.

You need to restart computer after installing DirectX to get it affect x) ...newest version of DirectX 9.0c is (Jun 10) btw.

About the hash problem, i confirmed earlier that this works
