Can honestly say, it's the last char that I did the "right" (fast) way.
Which was basically to ditch any "blue" and below quests, consider if "whites" were worth doing, and mainly do yellow/orange quests (you hit a wall around lvl 40, where it's hard to do this).
Whenever I entered a new zone, I asked in Globallff, if anyone wanted to start up on said zone with me. Even a duo is amazing, when it comes to fast xp.
Started up on Moria at lvl 49, with Skogr (and some hunter), and we went flying through the quests! Granted, Skogr got slightly tired in the end, because I'm not a "lets take a break" kinda person Tongue

People really underestimate grouping up at lower levels, and it really gets on my nerves to see so many solo around... even if you have to help someone with a couple of quests, you've allready done, the next 6 quests you'll do together will more than make up for it.

Oh, and last, but not least! Plan, plan plan... When you enter a new zone, get the quests, and keep the ones that have specific locations in your quest window ("slay 20 orcs" does NOT have to be in your quest window, but "find small pouch for anoying npc" has to!). Then open your map, and look where you have to go... then try'n take the quests like pearls on a string. If map isn't enough information, "google" the quests.
Skogr and I did the Moria quests with very very little "needless" running, pretty much every route we took, had a quest for us.
Don't go out of your way to do a quest, if you know you'll pass the area later anyway.

Planning quests, can save you a lot of time Smile
Doesn't mean you can't stop to enoy the scenary, but gives you more time to do it!

Difference between casual and non-casual Smile
Fun is not mirrored in lvl's/gear, but the fun you have on the way.

Marcelon can sign that leveling with me is not about getting fun experiences, but about getting XP Tongue

I was non-casual for about 2 weeks over the summer and went up about 8 levels. Now I'm at uni and it's gone down to casual again  ;D Although I may be afk for a while, just ordered a ps3  Smile
