Eorric Application

Hi,
I'm 36 years old from Kent in the UK. Married with three kids and work in IT development. I've been playing mmorpg's for 3 1/2 years now. Mainly on World of Warcraft for the last 3 years or so where I'm still in a guild and we're doing some of the high level raiding with my mage main but I've been looking for a game to give me something different and Lotro looks like it. Obviously RL means I'm no hardcore player but I am looking for a friendly group of people to learn about the game with, join up with and generally socialize a bit with the long term hope of experiencing some of the end game content. Also I'm not a heavy rp'er but quite like a bit of rp now and then.Eorric is a captain and my first character and currently lvl 15. Eorric was born in an outlying village in Rohan. Miles from anywhere and with nothing but farming and the occassional raid from a few hillmen to deal with Eorric used to dream of the world away from his village. So as soon as he was old enough he packed up his belongings and left to join the army. Here he flourished and was a natural leader but again was soon bored with the routine of patrols, polishing weapons and only the occasional skirmish to keep the boredom at bay. Eventually he left the army and got a ride with a trading caravan as a guard. In Archet he left the caravan and set off to find adventure on his own....... Hopefully see you all soon Cheers

I also work in IT at a web services company in Worcestershire, am married with just 2 kids, and have a Captain mainÃÂ :vh1:ÃÂ Hope to see you in game soon!ÃÂ See if you can grab any officer while they're online and they can have a chat with you and maybe invite you in.
I'll definately keep an eye out for someone when I'm online next either tonight or on Saturday.
