Haha! That was my exact reaction as well. It's a good enough organisation, however, nothing really wrong with it, but it will take some time getting used to. I do hope they'll do something about the overview, though. As it stands now, you can only see a handful of items at a time, and I definitely miss being able to see them all listed on the same screen, like I could before with the chest interface. Maybe that's something they're doing with the update you mentioned?

Ouch, downloaded and installed the client, the game starts, but I can't log in as Ertana character - all others are fine. It says:

You cannot use this character until you have finished downloading the area they are in.

And I can't open a F7 ticket as I'm Premium, not VIP. Any ideas on how to solve it? Google and forum searching didn't help unfortunately.

That's totally weird... I'd suggest contacting one of CMs many email addresses. Any idea where you left him?

Wrote a letter to custservice@codemasters.com.
No idea where I left Ertana, it was a long time since I logged in and the current location on char select screen shows as Unavailable.

A premium account only gives you access to Eriador, and characters up to L50. So, somehow the system will need to know you have bought the MoM and SoM upgrades? Not sure how it does this though...

Yup, I would even daresay that this system is superior to the orignal vault (as long as chest sizes are flexible (can't believe I'm typing this )).
