Eleinin, I know very well what you mean and how it might feel. For the longest time I was way too low-level to join my previous kin in all the endgame fun-stuff. Though it never really occured to me back then to leave the kin because of that but this is of course yours to decide   There should be a sh^tload of lower level alts and this kin and I for one would be more than happy to do some good old-fashioned questing in Eriador. If you stick with your decision: shame, shame   but safe travels - we're just a /fotw away.
