European LOTRO Account Migration May 31st

Things seemed much better this morning when I did at 9am.

All set to go, US client required a lot less patching it seems than the EU one...

Haven't got my second email yet, but the status page says my migration is in progress  :vh1:

i noticed last night that even though i had an error, my new account was still created, i tested this by logging in with my new details on myaccount.turbine.com

on that managing page, it said i had a 'free' account so i clicked on through to supprt and filed a ticket to set it to lifetime, and they did so within 20 minutes!

Well my impatience got the better of me, so after migrating and updating the EU launcher I tried to log in.  I got this far:

at least the US servers are up so I can still play my lvl 15 Champion!

Amazing all the accounts I transferred this morning, emails received.  My main account I did yesterday is receiving an error!

Invalid password when I attempt to look at the migration status and another if I attempt to re-transfer it.

Way to go Turbine.

Transfered my account yesterday and got a confirmation mail that my new turbine account is created and that I'll get another mail when my points are transfered. Still not got that second mail and when I check my migration status it still say migration in progress... Wonder how long it will take until it is completed as some people apears to get the second mail shortly after the first one.

I'm in the same situation Thar, I think it are just the first ones that migrated that got their second mail already.

Wonder if it is luck of the draw as to where you are in the queue or maybe the complexity of your account?

As long as they do it right they can take as long as they need to do it, as long as it is before the servers are up  :roll:

Hmmmmmmmmmmm I migrated my main account yesterday and my free account this morning, plus the kids ones.  Got the free accounts 2 hours later but no main account so far.

But I can now log into my Turbine account which is a relief and I can see they have updated it with my lifetime account etc so they are getting there...

Well, the servers won´t be up until all transfer requests are done, just wait

No will be up when they have run the data migration and performed sanity checks to ensure it is correct.  So your data will be sitting there when you migrate your account ;-)

Otherwise we could be waiting months for everybody to transfer their accounts
