In real life I'm caught up in a large IT project and I work 13 hours per day since April this year. As a result my game-time is limited. During my absence the game-leader from our kin TLords decided to sell out the TLords kin to TWA.

I appreciate the opportunity to inform you the person with player-name Palliric is no longer game-leader from TLords, that his decision was not discussed nor approved by our clan council and therefore completely illegal. At the moment he refuses to leave trying to recruit as many players into your kin, basically high-jacking our kin with the threat to disband it when he joins TWA (destroying our properties and 19 gold for a generation 10 kin hall).

A complaint ticket will be submitted today.

Now, of course you will consider this as an internal affair for TLords. I just want to point out you recruit resources from a poisoned well.

Murgen, our official position is that Palliric asked sanctuary for the members of the Tlords kinship that did not wish to remain after he left and this sanctuary was granted. Any internal strife this may have caused does not involve TWA and neither did we actively pursue any sort of kinship takeover.
Not being familiar with the internal workings of your clan it is however always been TWA's belief that any person is free too choose their own path through the game, and can not consider this to be "illegal".
TWA however would not support the disbanding on any kinship in anger or spite so for what it is worth I will advice Palliric in the nature of continued friendship to not do this.

TWA regrets that the Tlords kinship could no longer support itself under its current format and should you manage to revive the Kinship you will continue to have TWA's full support and friendship. However, we feel Palliric/Decanus is correct in his assessment that the Tlords kinship is no longer viable, and thus, as allies we would be remiss to not offer any leaving members a new home. To say the kinship was sold out to TWA is completely untrue.

On a personal note, I feel there has been some severe miscommunication between you and Palliric and I urge you to resolve things in a calm and civil manner, and I promise to do what I can on my end to bring this to a satisfactory end.
