Hello.
Minimum required level is 30. One thing that bothers me and why I'll have to say no to your application is your name. Although The Western Alliance doesn't have it's own roleplaying events we are still part of roleplaying server and we, as a kinship in whole follow strict server rules.
Therefore, your name is not acceptable, lore-wise.
Don't you think you would be much better playing on one of the american servers due to the time zone difference? Since your character is lvl 1 you literary won't have any problems switchiing servers and/or choosing different name.
