Ive just joined the Cooks Guild and was given a Small Expert Repast but cant do anything with it. What do I do with it??

I think you trade them in for Cook's Guild reputation, or use them in one of their recipies. The Guild can be found at the crafting area in Michel Delving, behind one of the doors there.
