Application: Zathka, Hunter... - Zathka - 05 Sep, 10 My application. 1. NAME: James. 2. AGE: Twenty six. 3. COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE: England, United Kingdom. 4. TIMEZONE: GMT or BST(GMT+1), dependant upon the time of year obviously. BST currently. 5. PREVIOUS MMORPG EXPERIENCE: Guild Wars was my first mmo experience back in the years before the release of WoW an LotRO. I have extensive raid experience within World of Warcraft, having spent several years in the two expansions as part of a raid guild that was responsible for many server first achievements. The majority of my roleplay experience comes from Neverwinter Nights where I played for several years on heavy roleplay servers, this is one of the things that has drawn me to LotRO because whilst I have enjoyed raiding I have missed roleplaying greatly – something that LotRO is miles ahead of WoW at. 6. PREVIOUS LOTRO EXPERIENCE: I first tried LotRO about fourteen months ago now, I played for several months with an ex-girlfriend. When we split up LotRO and myself also parted ways, in the past few months however, I have felt the urge to try and play again and so about a week and a half ago I finally started. So my experience with LotRO is relatively limited to the lower end of the spectrum level wise, but I am keen to see all that the game has to offer and have been learning very quickly. 7. HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER OF OTHER KINSHIPS? : I was a member of an Elven kinship when I played previously, The Laiquendi Order(spelling might be off a little as I’m terrible with remembering names). However after I stopped playing because of my relationship ending my character was kicked for inactivity and has subsequently been deleted when I returned to playing recently. 8. YOUR MAIN CHARACTER:  Zathka, Human Hunter, level 33 currently though that may have changed by the time you contact me. My equipment as you might imagine isn’t fantastic, having no higher level character or kinship to assist in gearing up, but for my level and situation I feel that it is pretty decent. 9. YOUR ALTS, IF ANY: I don’t really have any alts worth mentioning, a selection of level 5-15 characters of various classes and races from my trying out different combinations. I may eventually level some of them, but not in the foreseeable future as I want to keep my focus on the above character for some time to come. 10. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT TWA?: I had been on the lookout for possible Kinships since I started playing again. I however wanted to allow myself time to settle into the game and my character once more before seriously looking, after reacquainting myself with the game I decided a few days ago that it was time to begin looking more precisely. I had seen quite a few TWA members about so the name of the Kinship was already slightly known to me, I even had a little random roleplay conversation or two with one or more of your members whilst in the Prancing Pony.(I tried to remember the names but as I said before, I am terrible with names and it takes me a while to learn them.) When I began searching someone in the advice channel recommended the Laurelin Archives for Kinships that embraced roleplay. After spending some time looking down the lists there the Western Alliance caught my attention as I remembered seeing your members around town and I liked the sound of your introduction. So, here I am. 11. DO YOU KNOW ANY CURRENT TWA MEMBERS?: No, not unless any I roleplayed with briefly can remember me. 12. ABOUT YOURSELF: I won’t go into a great deal of detail until I am more familiar with the members of the guild and know everybody a little better. The main facts about me however would be that I’m unemployed(though fortunately purchased a lifetime subscription back when I had a job so don’t have to worry about subscription fees now) which means of course I have a great deal of play time available.  I have been a gamer since my early youth, owning some of the earliest video games consoles. Other hobbies include the usual fair of reading, listening to music and watching films. 13. ABOUT YOUR MAIN: My character does have a background history but I would prefer not to go into details publically OOC so as to avoid risk of metagaming, if when one of your officers talks to me they’d like to know more privately then I’ll be glad to elaborate on Zathka’s background. 14.
