Whenever you feel like applying?
I don't see a big problem if you apply at a low level. You can level up fairly quickly at lower levels so .. that's just my opinion

Paz, I have a couple of low lvl Alts, that I could help you level with, and give me a chance to lvl them up myself too..

I got 2 alts at the moment, Tazmin a 14th lvl Loremaster and Ercasse a 20th lvl Elven Hunter
I could start another, wouldn't take more than a few hours to bust upto 7th lvl.ÃÂ I could start a Minstrel, then you could tank while I heal.
