I made a post on the forum about missing some items and they have used my exact post in their FAQ! Hee hee!

This appears to be an issue where a token from your EU account was using the same identifier as a different token on the NA service. We've located the issue, but it will require a game patch to fix. So we'll incorporate it into the next scheduled game patch.

Also, just so you're aware, everyone will get both the Cloak of the Peace-keeper and a Ring of Agility after the migration. So you'll actually be gaining some additional freebies.

Best to contact Turbine's customer support Brambles... they seem to be able to fix a lot of things.

  Relized I hadn't gone through the 'migration' process! Have now, had to change username, is that right? Now when I go to log in can't choose a server. Will see what happens and then contact someone

Well in theory you could pick the same one as your old CM account.  If you only just did the migration page it may take some time for them to sync it all up on the server...

I remember somebody saying Turbine support was quick to answer tickets - well, they dealt with mine pretty slowly. For about 3 days I was contacted only by robots who kindly suggested I read the FAQ page (which I already know almost by heart). Today a live person finally answered and asked to send them a fax  :o  (which i have no idea how to do)
