No it won't, I click the European flag (or British or whatever) and every time I click a link or page it resets to (crappy) French. I've even set my forum language as English (US)*.

No you are not THE ONLY one. I can only go through 1st prompt to make new account and then it goes to error page every time. Note this time there is no swearing (I am swearing aloud while I am writing this :bh1: )

At this moment I am deciding between quitting LotRO, which would probably make at least one person extremely happy (yes it is my girlfriend Big Grin ) and sending ticket to their support staff or whatever they are called (no faith in them, not a tiny bit, after all, all that misery is their work).

It seems waiting until they are ready to take my migration request isn't working.

I would just send the ticket anyway, I've heard many positive reports about how good and how quick they've been to sort issues

If you have been able to get past Stage 1, try to log in to check for your account migration status (with your Turbine account). I've read some people got the error because their account was already made, even though they got an error.

You can check your migration status on same page where you begin migration https://transfer.lotro.com
Might be good to try those different browsers too Chrome, Opera, IE - firefox work for me. If you can, try another computer, might be a good idea too.

Migration done here.

I were checking out my.lotro.com, but could not see any of my characters to linked on my account, i guess i have to wait that 2-3 days for that to happend and after that the servers will come online. My.lotro is a new tool for EU players, so dunno how it will be updated and that will you see your chars there before the servers come online, or do you have to log on your chars for them to pop on my.lotro.

Still no go for me.
Sent a ticket to turbine only got a robot reply so far and started a post on their forums.
Just for luck I sent a ticket to codies too - got a bot reply basically saying " lotro is nothing to do with us now go away"
Going to stop trying now as there is obviously a problem.
Bah!

Apprently it did happen to me when I tried to set it up in cinema on my iPhone. Thanks for that.

I checked forum and it might take form 5 minutes to ...

... = mean several hours or days

I hope all people who are struggling to migrate are enjoying this as much as I do... :bh1:
