Blast from the past - Menliros - 17 Dec, 10
Hello everybody. I've just started playing again for the last week or so after a 2 years of much needed time away from here. It was good to see a lot of people I used to hang out with are still around. The kinship I was in when I left (NFC) seems to have been disbanded, and it seems everybody winded up in this kinship. Already saw Jordi (good to see back in the game, been like forever), Arathrandir, Ninetoes, Falconub, Ilyana, Klara and a bunch of others in the member list. I also noticed a high degree of Silver Blades in the ranks, good memories there as well. I've spoken to Thoronthor and Belegwe, so here's my application and the inevitable list of answers:
3 LOCATION: Netherlands
4 TIMEZONE: GMT+1
5 PREVIOUS MMORPG EXPERIENCE: I've played EQ, SWG, a brief stint of Conan when NFC went there and of course LOTRO.
6 PREVIOUS LOTRO EXPERIENCE: I've been in LOTRO since Beta, have a life subscription.
7 HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER OF OTHER KINSHIPS: Have started out in Santuary and moved to NFC when we founded the Silver Blades.
8/9 MAIN&ALTS: Menliros (burglar) is my main, level 65 now. I also have a 42 minstrel who I may level up someday as well. Menliros is tailor, Naled is jeweller (maxxed out)
10 HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOU TWA: I've spoken to several people including Thoronthor when i returned, he pointed me here.
11: DO YOU KNOW ANY OTHER TWA MEMBERS: See above
14 INTERESTING IN RAIDING: Yup
15 INTERESTED IN FELLOWSHIP QUESTS: As with Raids the point of playing a MMO for me is to have fun with other people, overcoming challenges together, etc.
16 INTERESTED IN RP: I'm not a huge RP buff, but it can be a lot of fun. I know I had some great times with some of the NFC RP events.
