The LOTRO Game Servers will be brought down on Tuesday, November 5th from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern (-5 GMT) to launch Update 25: Minas Morgul.

I thought I had read somewhere that we could purchase it using LOTRO points, but alas, I have re-read it and it will not be available for points until March 2020.
Apparently, it seems a "lifetime sub" is no longer valid - they have reneged on their promise. Probably run by Tories.
